Vintage Marx tin litho and celluloid Popeye Dippy Dumper, wind up toy vehicle. I could not test the wind up as there is something stuck in the key hole and there is no key. The vehicle itself is in good condition with normal age wear, some scratches, scuffs and minor paint loss. Popeye is in fairly good condition with a couple of dents, small holes on his face and cap and his head is not connected to his neck it's just sitting on it. The graphics and color are very nice but it does need a good gentle cleaning. The toy measures appr. 9" in length.
