    Vintage Alps Key Wind Up Toy Hill Billy made in Japan .  The toy works well when wound.  The toy is 5.75 inches tall and is made of a plastic type composition on tin frame.  The toy does have some very lite usage wear and there is a small hole on the side of his felt hat but over all is in very good condition.
