    original first printing
    concert handbill
    advertising legendary
    Uriah Heep
at the Pavillon de Paris in Paris [France] on Saturday, 1st April, 1978, presented by Albert Koski. The show in Paris was part of an extensive European tour in support of the
    Innocent Victim
album. Produced by Gerry Bron, the album was released in November 1977 on Bronze Records. This was the band’s eleventh album and the second to feature new vocalist John Lawton, replacing David Byron for the recording of the
    Firefly
album. Although the album failed to chart in the US and UK,
    Innocent Victim
was highly successful in Europe, selling well over 1 million copies in Germany alone. The single “Free Me”, written by Ken Hensley, was a #1 hit in New Zealand.
The handbill measures 21.1 x 28.6 cm (approx 8-1/4 by 11-1/4 inches) and is beautifully printed on thin, smooth-finish uncoated paper stock. There is a tack hole to each corner, else in excellent unfolded condition. Please see both supersized photos below for the exact condition of the handbill.
