    JERRY HERMAN and DON APPELL musical "MILK AND HONEY"
    at the Melodyland Theatre in Anaheim, California. (
    The Original Broadway production opened October 10th, 1961 at the Martin Beck Theatre in New York City and ran for 543 performances.) .....
