    This is a rare oversized July 1964 program (playbill) from the Summer Stock engagement of the RICHARD RODGERS and OSCAR HAMMERSTEIN II musical comedy "OKLAHOMA!" at the Valley Music Theatre in Woodland Hills, California. (The Original Broadway production opened March 31st, 1943 at the St. James Theatre in New York City and ran for 2212 performances.) ..... The musical starred JOHN RAITT as "Curly", EILEEN CHRISTY as "Laurey" and MICHAEL ANSARA as "Jud Fry"
    and featured AL CHECCO, ELAINE NELSON, LINDA HOWE, IDA MAE McKENZIE, LINDSAY WORKMAN and WILL B. ABLE

("Oklahoma!" was the first collaboration for Rodgers and Hammerstein who would go on to write "Carousel", "The King and I", "South Pacific", "Flower Drum Song" and "The Sound of Music" among others); Sets designed by DON ROBERTS; Costumes designed by BERMAN'S of Hollywood; Directed and Choreographed by GEMZE de LAPPE; Produced by NICK MAYO, RANDOLPH HALE and ART LINKLETTER .....
