Shipping Information
We ship most items USPS, FedEx or Greyhound Package Express, depending upon which is most economical. Insurance is included with each package we ship. Tracking numbers will be posted to the buyers Purchase History page in eBay. Most items ship out within 1 business day but sometimes it can take 3 business days. Freight Items can take up to 5 business days.
We can expedite an order if you need it quickly, please contact us before 1:00 PM Pacific Time and we can give you the expedited shipping costs and options.
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can get things moving on a replacement.
If the tracking information for your package shows it was never delivered, we will ship a replacement to you but it may take as many as 7 to 10 business days to get an insurance replacement on its way to you.

Returns
If you have an issue with a part, please bring it to our attention. We are easy to work and will either fix it, replace it or issue a refund, whichever solves the issue.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked. Refunds will be made after the item is received and is verified to be in like condition from when it was shipped by us, so please pack returns very well.
